Built from allowed characters only, but never yet seen in county, so every one is marked untested. The game font is not monospace, so almost all of these are a single row on purpose. Try a batch in game and tell me what to bin.
Still unknown: the real character limit, and whether an ink colour survives a
~n~ line break. Restate ink is on by default because repeating the code is the safe
guess. Turn it off once you have tested it and every sign gets noticeably shorter.
